Our group aims to develop extractants and sorbents for effective and selective separation of these minor metals from the secondary resources. Additionally, we are also trying to produce functional organic crystals and materials based on macrocycles for separation of linear, branched, and cyclic alkanes which are difficult to separate from each other by adsorption and other small organic compounds.

秋田大学大学院理工学研究科・物質科学専攻・応用化学コースの山田研究室では、希少性の高い金属(レアメタル)を二次資源から回収するための抽出剤や吸着剤の開発をはじめ、特定の有機化合物を選択的・効果的に取り込むことができる材料の開発を行っています。
