Take a JR train (express train "Narita Express" or local train "Airport Narita" to JR Tokyo Station. "Narita Express" takes about 60 minutes and "Airport Narita" takes about90 minutes. Or take an airport bus to JR Tokyo Station. It takes about 80 minutes. Then take the JR Yamanote Line to JR Ueno Station.

From Kansai International Airport to JR Shin-Osaka Station:
Take a JR train (express train "Haruka") to JR Shin-Osaka Station. It takes about 50 minutes.
